BREYES Terms of Service

Effective: October 2, 2026

This English version is a translation provided for convenience. If it differs from the Korean version, the Korean version prevails.

Article 1 (Purpose and scope)

These terms set out what is needed to use the games, tools, breyes.net account and other services (the “Service”) that BREYES (the “Operator”) provides at www.breyes.net and the addresses under it. Where a service has its own terms (for example, Iron Crown), those terms take precedence.

Article 2 (Changes to these terms)

The Operator may change these terms when needed and will post the changes and their effective date on this page 7 days before they take effect (30 days for changes that are unfavourable to users). Users who do not agree to the changes may stop using the Service or delete their account.

Article 3 (Providing and changing the Service)

The Service is provided free of charge. The Operator may change or suspend part or all of the Service for maintenance, outages or operational reasons, and will give notice in advance where possible.

Article 4 (Accounts and game records)

  1. A breyes.net account is optional and may be created by anyone aged 14 or over. Please keep your ID and password safe.
  2. Records of games played without an account are stored only in your browser, so they cannot be recovered once you clear your site data.

Article 5 (User content)

  1. Nicknames, chat, drawings, feedback and anything else users post (“User Content”) belong to, and are the responsibility of, the users who post them.
  2. The Operator uses User Content only as far as needed to provide the Service (such as showing it to other players in the same room or making result cards), and takes the feedback you send into account when improving the Service.
  3. User Content that breaks the law or these terms may be removed.

Article 6 (User obligations)

The following are prohibited: impersonating others or using someone else’s account; posting abusive, hateful, obscene or other content that harms other users; exploiting bugs or using cheating programs; attacking the servers or otherwise disrupting the Service; and copying or distributing the Service without permission.

Article 7 (Restrictions on use)

If a user breaches Article 6, the Operator may take the necessary measures, such as removing content or restricting use. If you disagree with a measure, please let us know at the contact address below.

Article 8 (Ownership of rights)

The rights to the games, images, music, software and other material in the Service belong to the Operator or to their rightful owners.

Article 9 (Liability)

The Operator is not liable for damage caused by events beyond its control, such as natural disasters or outages of outside services (Google or Kakao sign-in, app stores and the like), or for disputes between users. However, the Operator is liable under the applicable laws for damage caused by its own intent or negligence.

Article 10 (Governing law and jurisdiction)

These terms and any dispute about using the Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and any lawsuit shall be brought in the court with jurisdiction under the Korean Civil Procedure Act.
