BREYES(이하 “운영자”)는 브라우저 공중전 게임 TOYBORNE(이하 “게임”)을 제공합니다.
toyborne.player.v1).
(Cloudflare)
- 개인정보침해신고센터 (privacy.kisa.or.kr, 국번 없이 118)

TOYBORNE Privacy Policy
Service: TOYBORNE — Desk Dogfight (www.breyes.net/toyborne/) · Effective: October 26, 2026
BREYES (“we”) provides the browser dogfighting game TOYBORNE (“the game”). This policy explains, under Korea’s Personal Information Protection Act, what the game processes, why, for how long and where. The game has no sign-up and does not collect your name, email address, phone number, nickname, photos or location. It uses no advertising or third-party analytics trackers. This policy details the TOYBORNE part of the BREYES site-wide privacy policy; anything not covered here (web server access logs, processors, security measures and so on) follows that policy.
1. What we process, why, and for how long
Multiplayer (server)
When you start the multiplayer mode, your browser opens a WebSocket connection to our server in Seoul. The training modes (dogfight, evasion, free flight) and the campaign exchange no game data with the server.
| Items |
- Call sign: a number the server assigns in order of arrival (for example
PILOT 07). You do not enter it and it does not identify you.
- Kill and death counts
- Session token: a random value your browser creates per tab. It lives only while the tab is open and is not kept in browser storage.
- Flight data: aircraft type, position, velocity, attitude, throttle, gun and missile fire. It streams in real time and is not stored.
- IP address: used only to limit one address to 4 simultaneous tabs (sessions).
|
| Purpose | Running real-time dogfights for up to 20 pilots, showing the leaderboard, preventing excessive connections |
| Retention |
- IP address and session token: held in server memory only and deleted within 15 seconds (the reconnect grace) after you leave or disconnect. They are never written to disk or logs.
- Call sign and kill/death counts: stored in the server’s score database for the leaderboard, and kept across server restarts and new releases. They are not linked to an IP address or session token, so they cannot be traced back to a particular player. The leaderboard loads the top 200 records.
|
In-app purchases in the Android app (server) · takes effect November 25, 2026
Paid aircraft, performance parts and mission packs are sold only in the Google Play app. The web page has no payment feature. Google processes your payment method and payment details; we never receive them.
| Items |
- Player number: a random value the app creates on first launch (
toyborne.player.v1). It is not linked to a name or account. It is used to confirm purchases and, when you join multiplayer, to check that you own a paid aircraft.
- Purchase information reported by Google Play: product ID, purchase token, order number and purchase state (purchased or refunded)
|
| Purpose | Confirming and acknowledging purchases, delivering purchased content and restoring it after a reinstall, revoking refunded purchases |
| Retention | Kept in the server’s purchase database until the service ends so purchased content keeps working. After the 5-year retention period for contract and payment records under Korea’s E-Commerce Act, it is deleted on request. |
| Third party | Purchase tokens are sent to Google LLC (Google Play Developer API) to confirm purchases. |
Any page visit
Requests for the game page are written to the web server access log like any other page on www.breyes.net (time, IP address, requested address, browser information, the anonymous return-visit number) and kept for up to 3 months. Sections 2 and 7 of the site-wide policy list the items and purposes. The game server itself does not log requests or connections.
Delivering sound files (Cloudflare)
The engine, gun and explosion sounds are downloaded from cdn.breyes.net, which we host on Cloudflare R2. Your browser’s IP address and browser information are sent to Cloudflare for that download. The recipient, country, retention and how to refuse are in section 5-2 of the site-wide policy.
2. What other players can see
The multiplayer leaderboard shows players in the same room the call sign the server assigned you and your kill and death counts. After you leave, your entry may stay there marked as left. Kill notices (“PILOT 03 shot down PILOT 07”) are also shown to the room. There is no chat, nickname or voice.
3. What is stored in your browser
The following values are kept only in your browser’s storage (localStorage) and are never sent to the server. We do not have them, and clearing the site data in your browser removes them.
In addition, the shared www.breyes.net script keeps an anonymous return-visit number (breyes.vid) and the list of games you opened recently (breyes.recent), as described in section 7 of the site-wide policy. The game sets no cookies.
4. Provision to third parties and processors
We do not provide your information to third parties, except where law enforcement or other authorities require it through the procedures set by law. The game server and score database are hosted in Seoul, Korea by the processor named in section 4 of the site-wide policy, which only rents us the server and does not access the stored data.
5. Security measures
- The page and multiplayer traffic are encrypted with HTTPS and WSS (TLS).
- The game server runs under a dedicated account with write access locked down, and the score database records only call signs and kill/death counts. IP addresses and session tokens are never written to disk or logs.
- Simultaneous connections per IP address and inputs per second are limited.
6. Children under 14
The game collects no names or contact details. If we learn that we are processing personal information of a child under 14, we delete it without delay.
7. Your rights and how to exercise them
You may at any time ask to access, correct or delete your personal information or to stop its processing, and we will act without delay. Settings and progress stored in your browser can be removed by clearing the site data yourself. Leaderboard call signs and scores are not linked to an IP address, so we cannot tell whose they are; to have one deleted, email us the call sign and roughly when you played.
8. Privacy officer and contact
You can also report or seek advice about privacy infringements from the following Korean bodies.
- Personal Information Infringement Report Center (privacy.kisa.or.kr, 118 within Korea)
- Personal Information Dispute Mediation Committee (www.kopico.go.kr, +82 1833-6972)
- Supreme Prosecutors’ Office Cyber Investigation Division (1301 within Korea) · Korean National Police Agency Cyber Bureau (182 within Korea)
9. Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will post the changes and their effective date on this page 7 days before they take effect. Changes that are unfavourable to you, such as collecting more items, are posted 30 days in advance.
This policy takes effect on October 26, 2026. The “In-app purchases in the Android app” item in section 1 adds collected items, so it is announced 30 days ahead and takes effect on November 25, 2026.
